Policies

We will be happy to assist you with availability and pricing for accommodations and answer any questions you may have. The reservation office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (EST).
Rates
All accommodation rates are plus 13% tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservation Policy
A reservation deposit in the amount of the first night room rate plus taxes is required within one week of making your reservation to guarantee your room. A Reservation Confirmation will be issued by mail, or email if preferred, once the reservation has been guaranteed with a deposit.
Refund Policy
A minimum 14-day notice is required for deposits to be refunded. A $50.00 service charge will be applied.
Check In / Out
Check In Time: 3 - 6 pm unless prior arrangements have been made
Check Out Time: 11:00am
Pets
Regretfully, we are not able to accommodate pets. Boarding references are available upon request.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor seating areas.
